Description This collection consists of documents pertaining to the sale or lease of Boulder County school land to individuals (for grazing, farming, conducting a summer resort, etc.) through the Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners and dating from the 1870s through the 1920s. (Three additional boxes that pertain to other counties in Colorado are on the mezzanine and should be deaccessioned to the Colorado Archives or Colorado Historical Society.)

Description This collection is in the process of being organized. Michael Holleran completed an extensive Colorado Cultural Resource Survey on the Anderson and Farmers ditches. There are hundreds of pages of completed survey pages as well as twenty-four contact sheets with images of the ditches. Holleran wrote a series of booklets on Boulder Valley Ditches for the Anderson, Farmers, and Silver Lake. These 18-24 page booklets are included in this collection.
