Description This collection, gathered and donated by Mabel Downer Durning, consists of thirteen boxes of historical material on Allenspark, an additional oversize document box, three rolled maps, and a large poster. The maps are imprecise and were used to document the general area where various buildings once stood. The materials have been minimally organized. PLEASE open one folder at a time and return the documents and folders to the same location within the box.

Also correspondence and testimonials from clients, correspondence from the American Institute of Architects concerning his application for membership, a client questionnaire about housing needs, and an application for a commission during W.W. I., The drawings are in 776-0-(1-22), on the oversize shelves.
