This collection contains records and clippings about the Eben Fine family, texts of lectures and articles Fine wrote, letters of appreciation, poems, greeting cards, etc., relating to Fine's work as a photographer and travelog lecturer during 1922-1957, and other papers Fine acquired during his decades of civic involvement in the affairs of Boulder, Colorado. Some of the articles in this collection were used in Fine's autobiography, Remembered Yesterdays, published in 1957.

This folder contains a 6-page carbon copy typed transcript of a KOA radio program on 31 Aug. 1940 in which Eben Fine discussed his acquaintance with the Ute Indians and his friendship with Chief Buckskin Charlie that resulted from Fine's work in bringing a group of Ute Indians to Boulder to help celebrate the city's fiftieth (Semi-Centennial) anniversary in 1909. Fine used some of this material for a chapter in his Remembered Yesterdays (Boulder, Colo.: Johnson Publishing Company 1957), p. 27-49.

This folder contains Eben Fine's 11-page typed account of reminiscences from his promotional lecture tours for the Burlington Railway Company and the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. He used this material in his book, Remembered Yesterdays (Boulder, Colo.: Johnson Publishing Company, 1957), p. 68-70, 72-72, 83-99.

This folder contains 2 copies of an autobiographical article by former Rexall druggist Eben Fine, in which he recounts his shift from pharmacy work to outdoors photography, which became his hobby after his retirement from the pharmacy business in 1925 when he began presenting illustrated lectures on "Rambles through the Rockies." The article was in the Rexall Ad-Vantages magazine of March, 1936, p. 26-27, 60-61.

This folder contains Eben Fine's 6-page typescript account of his adventure on the Arapaho Glacier on 13 September 1925. He used this material for a chapter in his book, Remembered Yesterdays (Boulder, Colo.: Johnson Publishing Company, 1957), p. 53-59.

This folder contains Eben Fine's 12-page typescript account of a trip to Mexico with his wife in 1905. This is a copy, typed much later, of the text for the first illustrated lecture he ever gave. He gave the lecture in the First Methodist Church, Boulder, Colo., in March of 1905.
