This folder contains a memorandum to the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board pertaining to consider a demolition permit application for the structure located at 2017 - 2023 17th Street. Included is the application, and the historical, environmental and architectural significance of the structure, property and owners. The building was associated for many years with Lyman and Charlotte Burgess, owners of the adjacent drug store at 1647 Pearl Street, and with later owners Margaret and Russell Yoder.
