Description
This small leatherbound notebook contains a list of insurance policies in force as of 6 October 1892 for the benefit of N. H. Yocom apparently, as well as what seem to be Yocom's membership and financial records for the Iowa Legion of Honor's Blairstown Lodge No. 4, the Knights of Pythias, and a number of other social organizations of his community, for the period of 1891-1900. An 1892 calendar is on the inside of the back cover.

This is a letter to members and officers of the Iowa Legion of Honor Lodge No. 4 of Blairstown, Iowa, requesting that N. H. Yocom be expelled from the lodge for being "very drunk at his office January 29th 1900 so as to be a disgrace to our noble order."
