ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Simple design, gabled roof, porch with spindle supports., STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: This building is one of the few examples of residential architecture in the downtown district, representing the earlier residential character of west Pearl Street. The building is even more significant in that it is an example of early Boulder's modest homes. Most such houses in the downtown area were razed to make way for larger residences or commercial buildings., DATE BUILT : [ca. 1880]., STYLE : Vernacular Masonry.
