ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Front gable roofed one-and-a- half story Bungalow style house. Lower walls are made of stone rubble. Upper walls have rough stucco finish. Wooden beltcourse between first and second floors has decorative beams. Overhanging eaves with notched rafters and triangular braces. Upper gable end is stuccoed and has paired windows with 6/1 lights and tapered wooden surround., Off-center inset porch has stone rubble walls topped by geometric wooden piers, exposed rafters, and wooden floor. The porch wraps around northeast corner. Entrance is perpendicular to porch. Triple window south of porch with tapered surrounds. Center, stone chimney. Rear portion of house is shingled and has tapered surrounds., STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: This house is significant for its well-preserved Bungalow style features, including stone and stucco wall materials; multi-over-single light windows with tapered surrouds; and wrap-around porch with stone piers and geometric wooden supports.
