Center door flanked by rectangular double-hung windows with transoms. Paired double-hung windows on sides. The front door and all the windows have triangular- pedimented, "Greek Rivival" surrounds. Side-gabled, historic, rear addition., STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: This building has retained its architectural integrity and is a good representation of Boulder's early housing.
