The boundaries of the study area extended from 16th (or 18th) Street on the west to 20th (or 21st) Street on the east, the alley between Pearl and Spruce on the north, and the alley between Pearl and Walnut on the south. There are 2 folders for this district; 760-18-3 & 760-18-4. This folder contains Landmarks Board meeting agendas, notes, memos, correspondence, Historic Building Inventory Records for each property, general history of the area, plat maps and histories of the properties, pioneer families and neighborhood.
