Paneled and glazed door with lattice window sidelights and wood panels; wood arch over door. 6/6 light windows and lattice windows with wood surrounds. Stone chimney., House is built against side of cliff and difficult to see due to vegetation., STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: This house, although altered by additions, is representative of early Twentieth Century residential construction in Boulder, as reflected in its gabled roof with overhanging eaves and triangular knee braces; shingle wall cladding and stucco and half-timbering in the gable ends; and 6/6 light windows., The house is one of a small number of houses built in the Hillside Park addition during the early Twentieth Century and takes advantage of the terrain of the area in its composition. The dwelling was built during the period of significance for the district and is a contributing element of the district., DATE BUILT : 1910., STYLE : Vernacular Wood Frame (Bungalow).
