Shed roofed, shingled dormer with three multi-light windows. Central entrance with cast stone archivolt with stone trim and round arched paneled and glazed door. To right of entrance is steeply pitched gable with narrow vertical window with divided lights and stone radiating in narrow bands from lintel;, beneath this is panel of decorative brickwork and second vertical window. Larger, projecting gabled bay with decorative brickwork in diamond pattern in upper gable end and one-story projecting bay in front with brick parapets trimmed with stone and group of three, round arched lattice windows (similar bay on west is newer). Casement windows.
