ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Side-gabled building with flared eaves. Center, front-gabled dormer is stuccoed with half- timbering; two 10/1 light windows; overhanging eaves; exposed rafters. Side gable ends are also stuccoed with half-timbering, and have 8/1 light windows. Inset, wrap-around porch has paired, squared, wood columns resting on stone supports; original wooden balustrade., Gable above porch entrance. First floor windows are double- hung (multiple-light over single light); flat arches; rusticated stone sills. Stone foundation, regularly coursed. Center brick chimney., STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: This building is very well- preserved and is an excellent example of Craftsman style architecture.
