Description
Donation letter written by Harold J. Heafer for five photographs of the intersection of Broadway and Arapahoe Avenue in the early 1950s (photos located at 750-4-18). The letter explains that Heafer rode a bicycle at the time the photos were taken and that in 1946 this intersection was the only red-green light traffic control signal in all of Boulder.
