ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Massive, symmetrical, fraternity house with Tudor Revival and Craftsman influences. Facade is divided into three bays; two slightly projecting, gabled end bays flanking a broad central bay. The house is side gabled with the two front gabled bays intersecting on the second and third floors. The front gabled bays have stucco and ornate half-timbering; paired, double-hung multi-over-single light windows on third story;, doors with sidelights on second story opening on balcony. Broad, almost full-width porch supported by brick piers atop solid, coursed rubble walls. Two sets of French doors open onto the porch, as do two paneled and glazed doors. Doors have transoms. Windows are flat arched with brick sills. Side porch with corniceline balustrade on west. East has one-story projecting bay topped by corniceline balustrade. Stone foundation., STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: This building is an excellent example of Bungalow/Craftsman style architecture. The house, which is unaltered, features such typical features as a side- gabled roof with stuccoed gable ends; overhanging eaves with exposed rafters, and multi-light, double-hung windows. According to a 14 May 1910 Camera article: "Mr. E. Lundborg, the architect, reports the following new homes under construction according to his plans.
