Front dormer with clipped gable, stucco and half-timbering, and six-light windows ( new). Center, paneled and glazed door with beveled glass. Double- hung, multi-over-single-light windows. Slightly projecting brick bay on east with shed hood has paneled brickwork., Full-width porch with short, squared columns atop brick piers with stone trim. Solid brick porch wall with stone trim; stone stair walls. Raised polygonal stone foundation. Full-height brick chimney on west. Stone retaining walls., STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: This house, although altered, is representative of the Bungalow style popular during the early twentieth century in Boulder, as reflected in the gabled roof with overhanging eaves and exposed rafters, the front dormer, the prominent porch, and the multi-over-single light windows., DATE BUILT: 1915., STYLE: Bungalow., CONTRIBUTING ACCESSORY BUILDING: 1 garage built pre-1929.
