Ownership Note

The photographs in this collection were found by Tim Eaton in his home at 2727 4th St., Boulder, Colorado, when he purchased it in 1989. The source of the photographs is unknown, but several are labeled the property of the Boulder-Colorado Alumni Association. This organization disbanded in 1969, and joined with the Union College Alumni Association in Nebraska.

Description This folder contains three class portraits of student nurses and their instructors. Note: two of these are probably student nurses at Battle Creek Sanitarium, Battle Creek, Michigan. One photo is dated 1893, two years before the Boulder sanitarium opened. Another photo shows student nurses in the solarium of the Boulder sanitarium, which was on the third floor from 1919 to about 1958.
