Description This folder contains twelve photocopies of documents pertaining to the lives of Jonathan and Mary Ellen (Williams) Holman's family. They include: obituaries, Jonathan and Mary Ellen's marriage certificate, a 1912 ore settlement sheet from the American Smelting and Refining Co. (Globe Plant) to the Cash Mine, 1940-42 Special Use permits from the U. S. Forest Service, correspondence from the Court Pride of the Rockies (Foresters of America), Charles Holman's application of an Old Age Pension, a 1918 Boulder-Colorado Sanitarium bill, John Miller's employment certificate from Western Cutlery Co., John Holman's application for compensation and vocational training from the U. S. Army, and miscellaneous correspondence. (This collection was shared by Patti Anderson on behalf of Race and Verna Anderson.), The remainder of the collection contains scanned images of photographs that can only be viewed by contacting the library. The actual photographs remain in the possession of the Carnegie Library patron who gave us permission to scan the images and to include them in this virtual collection.
