Description This folder contains an envelope printed to commemorate the conjuction of Boulder's centennial with the U.S. bicentennial celebration. The envelope has a depiction of miners at the entrance to a mine adit pushing an ore car on which a logo of mountains with the year '76 has been superimposed. A U.S. Bicentennial 10 cent stamp is affixed. Inside with envelope is a card with a brief history of the founding of Boulder.
