Included is the application, and the historical, environmental and architectural significance of the structure, property and owners. Also included are elevation blueprints and a site plan. It also contains a report and discussion on the status of the demolition application for the structure at 1602 Columbine Avenue. The Landmarks Board issued a 60 day stay of demolition pursuant to Section 10-13-23 for buildings over fifty years. The stay expired on May 6, 2001. Also included are some black and white photocopies of photographs of structural damages to the house and also of homes in the neighborhood. Fourteen black and white photographs have been removed to collection 515-2-1.
