History: Boulder's Dinner Theatre opened in 1977. In 2014, the company changed in its name to BDT Stage. BDT Stage closed permanently in 2024.

Description A large drawing of the land at the corner of 55th Street and Arapahoe Avenue before construction of the buildings later known as 5501 Arapahoe Avenue and 5505 Arapahoe Avenue. The drawing shows roads, types and locations of trees, types and locations of structures, and measurements. The drawing is titled "Architectural Survey of a Tract of Land in the Southwest Corner of Section 27, T1N, R70W of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado for the Hungry Dutchman." The drawing is dated October 26, 1967.
