1827: All About Grandmother Grosvenor's 1827 Cookbook. (Published in 1981) Recipes from Cornelia Bogart Grosvenor's cookbook, and history of the Grosvenor family. Includes in-depth examinations of Early American foods.
1896: First M.E. Church Cook Book of Tested Recipes. Includes tips on how to remove stains, cleaning recipes, and advertisements for many Boulder businesses.
1905: First Methodist Episcopal Church Cook Book includes recipes for the sick room and suggestions of value to the housewife.
1909: Boulder Cook Book, a book of tried and true recipes furnished by the ladies of Boulder and published under the auspices of the Catholic Church. Includes advertisements, liniments, a spring tonic, Cholera medicine, and a cure for Smallpox.
1914: The Hostess. A practical and useful book of menus and receipts especially arranged for afternoon and evening parties. Edited by Eva Tanner, 1909 Arapahoe Avenue, Boulder, Colo.
1929: Social Club of First M.E. Church Cook Book. Includes advertisements
1930 (circa): One Hundred and Seventy Choice Dishes as prepared and served in the Boulder-Colorado Sanitarium. Includes special diets for anti-constipation, hyperacidity, hypochlorhydria, fattening, and fat-reducing.
1946: High Altitude Cook Book by the Estes Park Ladies Aid Society. It includes the names of who submitted each recipe, and advertisements by Estes Park and Longmont businesses.
1967: The Hilltop Guild Cook Book with an 18-day reducing diet, and household hints. "The Hilltop Guild is a group of women in the St. Vrain area."
1969: Gold Hill Inn Cookbook with a brief history by Kay Simms.
1974: Sugarloaf Mountain Cookbook. Includes a 4-page history of Sugar Loaf, and high altitude baking and gardening guides. Many illustrations by Ina Posey.
1975: Reigning Knights' Favorites from Fairview High School band parents.

1978: Settlers' Recipes & Remedies, published by Historic Boulder, Inc. Primarily 19th century recipes with seventeen pages of herbal remedies and household hints.
1979: Congregational Cookery. Recipes with bits of history.
1993: Pig Roasts & Potlucks: A Collection of Some of our Favorite Recipes by Valmont Community Presbyterian Church.
1996: A Superior Centennial Culinary Fest Cookbook. Includes some photographs of buildings in Superior with captions.
1999: Boulder: A Culinary Journey. Recipes from various restaurants in Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, Lyons, Niwot, Nederland, Gold Hill, and Allenspark; along with a history of each restaurant.
20--: Canyon Cookin'. Recipes provided by residents of the Four Mile Canyon Fire Department district. Includes history of the area and the fire department.
2013: Recipes & Remembrances. Celebrating 50 Years of Community. Presbyterian Manor, 1963-2013, Boulder, Colorado. Recipes from the residents of the Manor along with some history of the site.
