715-29, page 4 - View of a large brick house with a square tower feature. Written beneath photo, "Rogers?, N E of Boulder." According to a Boulder Daily Camera article from June 12, 1905: “Henry Rogers has sold his home and ranch northeast of town to his nephew, Christopher Blewitt, ex-treasurer of Routt county, for $6,000." According to Clerk and Recorder Office documentation, Henry owned land in section 10 of 1N, 70W. His wife, Eliza, owned land in section 16, 1N, 70W. Records indicate that Eliza sold land at the time the article states Henry sold his house to Blewitt. Although the warranty deed only lists the property and not the house, it's likely the house was bundled with the property.
